My older sister did it, and now she got me hooked on scrapbooking. 
I had went to a wedding expo and there were a couple ladies there with a booth, I don’t remember anymore who they were consultants for but I saw there books and just knew I had to do that with my wedding pictures ……..now look at me 10 years later I have my own store lol

ok, just take pics and colored peices of paper and start designing borders for them… thats how i got started!!! then when u are ready for more challenging things in scrapbooking go for it!!!!

Your best bet is to find a Creative Memories Consultant near you, you can do that by going to http://www.creativememories.com... they are awesome for helping people that are getting started, and they can give personal assistance to you! In my opinion I would purchase a started kit that can help you with your 1st album and also have tools in the kit that are non-disposable that will be foundations to your scrapbooking collection. I made a baptism page of my niece, digitally. Then I tried scrapbooking with paper and found I like that much more. It takes longer, but oh well.
